Just WOW! From the working on the menu, to understanding my vision and requests to responsiveness and execution- what a fun and flawless evening! I haven’t even gotten to how damn delish the FOOD was! Chef Pete and his team made my birthday party so awesome! Everyone was raving and asking how/ where I found him. It was here and I can’t believe how lucky I was to get him and work with him. Thank you Chef Pete for such an awesome experience and such amazing food! I wish I had more pictures!

Pete and his team did a fantastic job for us as we celebrated two milestone birthdays with family and friends. He prepared a thoughtful and complex menu which was served and plated beautifully. He arrived and took over our kitchen and his staff set the table and manned the bar, and if not for the delicious leftovers, you would have never known that there was a party at our house; they cleaned up the tables and decor in the yard and tidied the kitchen completely. While this was a one-off event for us, I would love the opportunity to hire Pete for a future party!

The whole experience with Pete Coleman was fantastic. He sent me a menu that looked delicious and was reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food. He tweked the menu a little for my particular requests. There was no written contract, just an internet "handshake". The food was ready on time, was in fact delicious and there were a fair amount of leftovers of the main courses. All of my guests were raving and happy.

I'm a hunter. Chef Coleman has taken many of my wild game cuts and turned them into delicious meals for groups of up to 25. Not many chefs have that skill. I highly recommend Chef Coleman whether for a special wild game feast or a special occasion or other event. He does it all.

Chef Pete was reasonably priced, a great chef, and a good conversationalist. He handled the space perfectly and was efficient. A word of caution, though this is not meant to dissuade anyone from using him, he sometimes finds himself out for a few days and unreachable. Take it from us, don’t let that stress you out. He will be there on time and provide an excellent and memorable meal at a fantastic price. He was a highlight of our wedding. Well, that and the bride. She was a highlight for me :)

I hired Chef Pete 3 days before our event and he swept me away with what he was able to pull together in that little of time. He presented me with a menu the next day and quoted me a reasonable price per person. All 30 attendees were blown away with his food. His professionalism and efficiency go above and beyond and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a great chef!
