Chef Pete, the vanguard.
Trevor Ward is our trusted Sous Chef. What began in high school at a little American restaurant has evolved into a passionate devotion to kitchen life. He has been at Chef Pete’s side for several years, deepening his love for food techniques and flavor profiles. He hopes to travel abroad to master cuisines in Japan, Spain and France before ultimately opening his own restaurant.
Haley Vandewieg is majoring in human development and will be attending UC Davis in the fall. With an ultimate eye on a career in occupational therapy. Her work background includes top wine country restaurants and working as a rehab aide in a physical therapy office. She is one of our team leaders and enjoys working in a variety fast paced and exciting events.
