This is my most affordable menu, along with the Cali~Mex, and certainly one of the most popular. A marriage of my love for Southern and California cuisines, this is where we showcase an upscale take on down-home food.

Santa Maria Tri-Tip Grassfed, with a "best in show" Dry Rub, Served with a Special Red Chile BBQ Sauce.

Semi-Boneless Rocky Chicken Thighs, Slow Smoked over Hardwood.

(ADD $5pp each: Carolina Pulled Pork, Pork Loin, Pork Shoulder, Texas Style Ball Tips, WillieBird Turkey Breasts or Southern Style Rope Sausages...any of them can be substituted for Tri-Tip at no additional charge)
