For Personal Chef Jobs, $80 pp.
Catering $37.50pp.
This is for menus, rentals and staffing are priced separately.

The Greater Bay Area.
generally no further south than San Jose, no further north than Hopland, no further east than Discovery Bay, no further west than the Farralons.

Can I mix and matcH Food fRom youR menus?
Not Generally, because they are balanced for flavor, color and style. You can ask though.
WILL YOU DO OTHER PEOPLES MENUS?
Why can’t they do it?
Are they busy?….Maybe I’ll do it.
Are they more expensive and you think I can do it for less….That’s a different story.
WILL YOU ALLOW US TO MAKE SOME OF THE FOOD, AND YOU SUPPLY THE REST?
Here’s the thing, if you want to do an appetizer or something that’s maybe ok. But if you are trying to do the entrees, like people are going to think I made it, not as much.
I’m happy to cook with your product though!
WILL YOU WORK WITH OUTSIDE WAITSTAFF OR COOKS.
Waitstaff, Yes.
Cooks, No.
WHATS YOUR TASTING POLICY?
We do them at my shop in Cotati on most 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of each month.
They are almost free.
But....
1. We agree on a menu, day and time for tasting.
3. You place a deposit, 10%
2. I reserve the event date for you.
4. We do the tasting, if you are happy that books the party, no additional deposit required.
5. If you are not happy I refund the deposit...minus $200 for food and my assistants time.
